Shipping, Exchanges and Returns Policy

1. Delivery Time: VL STORE is committed to delivering products within the timeframe established at the time of purchase, which is 3 to 5 business days.

2. Delivery Methods: Delivery will be made by the Post Office.

3. Delivery Costs: Delivery costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product, in addition to the destination.

4. Delivery Tracking: VL STORE will provide a tracking code so that the customer can track the delivery of the product.

5. Delivery Failure: In the event of a failed delivery, VL STORE is committed to contacting the customer to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Exchanges and Returns
​
VL STORE is committed to offering quality products, aiming at the complete satisfaction of its customers. This exchange and return policy is in full compliance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078, of September 11, 1990), ensuring transparency and respect in consumer relations.

General conditions
​
1. Exchange due to Regret or Withdrawal: The customer has the right to request the exchange of the product within 7 (seven) calendar days after delivery, in accordance with article 49 of the CDC, without the need to justify the reason for withdrawal.
​
2. Exchange due to Defect: In the case of products with obvious or easily identifiable defects, the customer may request an exchange within 30 days for non-durable products and 90 days for durable products, counting from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with articles 26 and 27 of the Consumer Protection Code.
3. Product Conditions for Exchange: In order for the exchange to be accepted, the product must be returned without signs of use, in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, manuals and invoice.
Exchange Procedures
1. Request: The exchange request must be made through the customer service department (SAC), by email vlstore.shop@outlook.com or another channel provided by the company, informing the order number, the customer's personal data and the reason for the exchange.

2. Analysis of the request: VL STORE reserves the right to analyze the exchange request and, if the product does not meet the conditions described above, the company may refuse the exchange.
3. Logistics: After the exchange is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product, including, if applicable, coverage of shipping costs.
Exchange of the product
After receiving and verifying the returned product, VL STORE will exchange it for another product of equal value, subject to availability in stock. If the product desired for exchange has a higher value, the difference will be required to be paid.
Final provisions
